This site belongs to the professional trial consulting and legal graphics firm, The Strategic Image, which is solely owned by Karyn J. Taylor, Founder and Principal Trial Consultant.
Most of the photographs displayed on this site were taken by Karyn J. Taylor who owns sole copyright to them. Any images not taken by Ms. Taylor were licensed from online stock photo houses where you can readily find them, license them, and pay for their use on your own. Downloading any of the photos on this site -- whether those taken by Karyn J. Taylor or purchased by her from stock footage houses -- is therefore strictly prohibited.
Several of the graphics displayed on these pages were designed and created by Karyn J. Taylor specifically for display and use on this site, and she owns sole copyright to them. However, the majority of the graphics displayed on this site were designed by Ms. Taylor under contract to corporate clients who have granted her sole permission to reproduce said graphics for her company's marketing purposes. Thus, any unauthorized use or re-use of those commissioned works will subject the unauthorized user to legal action by Karyn's highly-motivated corporate clients and their powerful law firms who will jointly and severally defend their intellectual property against any unauthorized use.
