TSI INSIGHTS:
Designed to Help You Win Your Case
Knowledge is power, and we’re pleased to share our insights with you. We therefore invite you to read, download, and share these articles with your colleagues. We'll add new ones from time to time.
We also encourage you to share your knowledge with us. Whether you celebrate your triumphs, analyze your losses, or vent your frustrations, we look forward to hearing what you're glad you did at trial, have decided not to do again, or will tweak before your next trip to court. You'll retain copyright to your article(s), and we'll retain the right to edit it/them for clarity and length. (Don't worry: you'll get to approve our edits before we post the final draft!) But by sharing war stories, we'll advance the art of jury persuasion, make ourselves better advocates for our clients, and help preserve and improve the jury system for all concerned.

DISCOVER THE POWER of CONCEPTUAL PERSUASION
There is only one true measure of a good legal graphic: does it persuade the jury to “buy in” to your client’s point of view?

Some DIY-ers will be successful: they will create images that actually sway juries to see their cases as their clients do. But most DIY-ers, sad to say, will not. Lured into a false sense of security by the deceptively easy-to-use PowerPoint, they’ll churn out slide decks full of bullet points and consider the job done. Then the verdict will come in ...
